EXCERCISE 2 - Mail Merge

Mail merge is a feature within most data processing applications that enables users to send a similar letter or document to multiple recipients. 
It enables connecting a single form template with a data source that contains information about 
the recipient's name, address and other predefined and supported data, primarily automates the process of sending bulk mail to customers, subscribers or general individuals.
Mail merge works with two documents, the data file and the letter template. 
The data file includes the information of the recipients to whom the letter is to be sent. 
This file can be a spreadsheet or database file containing separate fields for 
each different type of information to be merged within the letter.

1. Heres My Own Invitation Letter.

2. Go to the Mailings.

3. Go to select receipents and click "type a new list" then
prepare the list of all of your recipients.

4. After you list all of your receipents ,click ok then save the file on your folder.

5. After that, go to select receipents again then click the "Use in Existing File" then open the 
file that you saved.

6. Next go to inset merge field then select the type of merge field to insert

 that appears on your page then click "Preview Results" to check and show the name and address of your receipents, if its good then go to "Finish & Merge and go to "Edit individual Documents" and click the ok button.

7. Finish And Merge.
